I have some positive and negative experiences I wanted to share. In January of 2024, I had my rear brakes and drums replaced by them. The service was about a little over two weeks from the time I dropped the vehicle off until the time I got the car back. What's cool is that they had parts on hand from someone who didn't pay or something of the sort. As the weeks went on, I noticed that my braking power was pretty bad. I also lost all braking power to my emergency brake which I obviously had beforehand. I took it back to them and told them about my issue and they made the necessary adjustments and gave me back my vehicle once again. But the problem came back a few weeks later. Very low braking power and complete loss of my emergency brake. It was taken back several more times but neither time fixed the issue. After failing an inspection, I took matters into my own hand and ordered almost everything for both sides. I went to the skills center with a friend and what we found absolutely blew us out of the water. With drum brakes, there's a lot of parts that are specific to orientation and specific to either the L or R side. We found that both adjuster bolts were on the wrong side of the brakes and multiple springs were backwards. It took a YouTube video and their lead mechanic at the skills center, and 3 hours to finally fix this issue. I'm not mad, I'm just annoyed that I wasted so much money and time with an issue that they should've fixed the day that they replaced my brakes.

The shop isn't bad. Don't get me wrong. Most of the reviews are positive and I've had great service there. For me, I'm going to skip and head elsewhere for my car services now.

I visited to check tire prices but, unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific tires I was looking for. The staff member offered to order them online, which I agreed to and paid for. Later, during a vehicle inspection, I was informed that my current tires were still in good condition.I returned within two hours to cancel the order but was told that, since I had signed the paperwork, no refunds were allowed. Eventually, I was informed that I could cancel the order by paying a 30% cancellation fee. In the end, I had to pay €220 to cancel the order.While it was a learning experience, it turned out to be an expensive one for me.

Okay if you have unlimited time. I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and shifted meeting’s accordingly. I showed up at my appointment time with the correct paperwork. They didn’t pull my vehicle into the bay until approximately 30 minutes after my appointment. The entire thing took around 1.5 hours making me late to a follow-on meeting. This is a convenient place on post that is English-speaking. Understand what you’re buying for your convenience though. This was just an oil change. Not a complete service. It takes them an hour to do this from the moment they pull your vehicle into their bay.

Their team is beyond helpful and awesome. I needed a last minute part for my car inspection and they pulled through. I was even a late to receive the part and they still found a way to squeeze me in to do the replacement!

The workers here were so friendly and super helpful. They took care of what I needed a lot sooner than expected. The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. I will be returning for more service while here in Germany.

I went in there to look at parts for my vehicle. They are charging full retail price. One part form car was quoted at €800. I found the same part for around €200 online. Much better off ordering parts online until they decide to compete.

This place ROCKS. They are knowledgeable, kind, very helpful and their prices are reasonable. When my car didn’t pass inspection, they installed my spare tire immediately and got me a passing inspection that day! When my car broke down, they schedule me for a diagnostic right away and were able to fix it same day for an incredibly reasonable price. As someone new, who had a really hard time getting help with my cars, having this place to go to for help was incredible. I cannot thank them enough and absolutely recommend them : )
