I was referred to these guys from another Service Member who had who shipped a BMW stateside and said Detailing Factory was the way to go for passing VPC, and they did not disappoint! Very friendly service; their waiting room had a PS5! My car looked better than new. They took care of me during a morning appointment to get ready for an afternoon VPC appointment.

They guaranteed I'd pass inspection at the VPC and they delivered on that. I spent more time in the waiting room than having to deal with my car being inspected. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

The price is fair and they advocate VAT forms to save you money. Recommend these guys if you want piece of mind for your PCS!

Update: Got my car done for PCS... first time go. VPC though I just drove it off the lot. Looks brand new.

They pretty much make your car look brand new unbelievable. 2 of my Soldiers got the PCS clean there... first time go and price is reasonable as well. 10/10 recommend. Place is also good for regular cleaning and stuff like PPF. My other friend took his M3 for PPF. Best work and rates all around GTA and HTA and amazing customer service.
