I had an issue with my garage door that I explained to John on the phone. He explained that I could either repair or replace the issue once he inspects the door. John came the next day and was on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest and told me that I won't need a new garage opener, unlike a lot of other companies pushing to sell a new product and charge a huge fee for installation. He went and found me a compatible replacement part and repaired the broken part and adjusted and inspected the garage door to make sure everything worked properly, all for a very nominal fee.
