Whoever Tonya Vall is, needs a serious customer service class or needs to be re-evaluated for the way she talks to people. Her employees complain about her and I don’t usually take side on things like this but calling her just to get clarity for an employee who was seen, she’s beyond ridiculous. I hope all your employees are not like her.

Called 2 weeks ago i told them about a project i would like to have them estimate..i was told someone would call me back. Im a General Contractor with A lot of work..here it is 2 weeks later no call from anyone..So i called SA Robinson explained everything again..im told by that young lady there not interested in this type of project..which is trusses and decking if a Framer isnt interested in this type of project..WHO IS? They were terribly unprofessional..and just didn't care about anything i had to say..why couldn't someone contact me 2 weeks ago? I lost 2 weeks on this project now..AND YOU CAN BELIEVE THIS SA ROBINSON WONT EVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY..I PASSED ONE OF THE WORK TRUCKS THE DRIVER HAD A BEER IN HIS HAND..I DON'T THINK I NEED THEM ON MY JOBS AT ALL!! THANK YOU SA ROBINSON YOU DID ME A FAVOR!!

Consistently receiving osha violations, 1 framer died past 3 years because of violations... on a residence.... all of these idiots driving like morons around jax. 103mph in the rain truck 20 pulling enclosed trailer 21 weaving in and out of traffic.
