I'm really happy with the cabinet refacing job RIHI put together. The installers were respectful of my home, used quality materials and most importantly were talented carpenters. It took them 3 full days to dismantle my cabinets and wrap them all back together. They also built me a very spacious, well-crafted pantry. The soft-close hinges and nice hardware really brought it all together

RIHI found me zero financing, which was a nice plus. The outside sales rep, Jim, put together an excellent presentation and fair quote. He gave me lots of great suggestions on flooring & design, and even took time to walk around my house and answer questions I had about other projects. Well done RIHI.

RIHI recently did two separate projects for us. First, we had our tub/shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower. The installation team was prompt, friendly and polite, incredibly skilled and hard-working, and very contentious of our home and belongings. The end result was a phenomenal transformation that we are beyond pleased with.

We also had a brand new front door package installed by RIHI. Once again, we were so pleased with the skill of our installation team and their attention to detail. They were friendly and so easy to work with. Our new door with sidelights is a complete show-stopper… absolutely beautiful!

We had an appointment with Lou to get an estimate on a new roof. Knowing the great reputation of RIHI, I was willing to have a sit down with him. I was determined NOT to be talked into signing anything. Lou was very thorough on describing the entire process as well as the quality of the materials. Believe me, I was double checking reviews on both the company and the materials they use while he was explaining, and all completely checked out. We were not financially prepared quite yet to get a new roof, but with the financing options, it quickly became a no-brainer. I only wish I had this education 6 years ago when I had to put a roof on my mom’s house. If I only knew how important it is to have the right materials then, I wouldn’t already be hearing about pebble loss. We’re getting a new roof!
