Poor customer service! There is a creepy toupé-combover guy w/ glasses that often checks receipts at this location that continuously accuses people of stealing! I thought it was just a few people ahead of us “just as a precaution” kinda deal but it also happened to my family (3x now, same man!) Sam’s has SUPER good security measures and we ALWAYS have our receipts scanned or buy thru the app! To have such degrading experience at this location time and time is NOT a coincidence.

It truly is disheartening when you love the store but the people they hire are truly THE WORST. Won’t be shopping at this location anymore.

Sam’s Club needs to screen their vendors better. I signed up with CINCH HOME SERVICES at this store and it turned out to be one of the worst business experiences of my life. It took me over a year to cancel, completely exhausting. Meanwhile they just kept taking money out of our account, CINCH HOME SERVICES ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Please do not sign up with them. Sam’s Club please do not let them in your stores again. CINCH took thousands of dollars from me and did nothing except give me stress.

A very uncomfortable experience. A few days ago, through the Sam’s job application, I submitted a job application at this location. They assigned me an interview for today from 10:30-11:00 am. I arrived very punctually. When I arrived at the Club, I was greeted by a very nice lady at the entrance. I asked for directions since the information they sent me did not say who I had to go to for the interview. She very kindly told me to go to the checkout area, where there was a lady in a yellow vest and she would be the one to assist me. As the lady told me, I approached the cash register and saw the person I needed to see. She was busy talking to another associate. I politely said good morning (which they didn’t return) and told them that I had an interview. The lady looked me up and down with an uncomfortable face and only said, “What’s your name?” I told her my name and she told me to go sit in the employee break area until someone could come interview me. I went to the area she told me to and literally sat there waiting for someone for an hour and thirty minutes and no one came. I thought it was very rude to leave me sitting there waiting when I had an appointment, so I proceeded to get up and leave, because it seemed like I wouldn't be attended to and from the beginning I wasn't well received. When I was leaving I ran into the lady who had made me wait for so long and when I looked at her she just smiled. What an awkward moment, something I had never experienced before in job applications.

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. They NEVER answer their phone when you press the zero option because what I'm calling about fits none of the other options! Sam's needs to TAKE MAJOR LESSONS FROM COSTCO ON HOW TO PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE — or customer service of ANY kind‼
BTW it wasn't just this Sam's. The same thing happened when I called another Austin Sam's?.

After spending my hard earned money and choosing to give Sams my business, I decided to pump gas, but pulled in the wrong way. No one’s fault that my truck is slammed and I have rims. I didn’t want to scrape my rims, pulling in the opposite way, which I did with caution so that I could avoid hurting anyone. The Disgusting attendant at the pumps George, told me if I did not get back in line and position myself correctly and If I continued to pump gas that he would turn the pumps off on me. That was the most ignorant comment I had ever heard why he wouldn’t let me continue to pump gas when I was already there was beyond me. He put my life in danger. I could have ran out of gas on the way to get gas elsewhere. So disgusting of him. Corporate said there is no policy about customers having to come in a certain way it’s suggested for safety reason but, that they aren’t supposed to threaten to turn pumps off on customers. I’ll be canceling my membership and will now give my business to Costco. Thanks to the inconsiderate employee George!

We ordered tires from this Sams club 9 days ago on Dec 3rd 2024 and an appointment was made for installation for the followingday. When I made it to my appointment I was told the tires take 6 days to arrive so the installation wasn't done. I have been calling about my order and noone can tell me where my tires are. The tire and battery dept states they can't look it up because that's the supervisors job and they haven't had a supervisor for a whole month and they won't know where my tires are until the truck shows up. I have called member service over and over, I have been hung up on multiple times. It is ridiculous that I can't even cancel my order unless I go back to the store, put i purchased them thru the app. I am very disappointed with Sams Club.
