I thought this surgery was really good to start off with.. as a matter of fact in my experience they have not been. Several times throughout my pregnancy I have needed new prescriptions, I had a gp appointment 4 days ago to still be told the gp has not sent through for my prescription. 3 days ago, I had a hospital appointment finding out I had diabetes and needed insulin asap, they sent an email to my gp to sign for a prescription so I could get my pens and needles. Of course I went to the the gp the same day, nothing, the day after nothing, today I phoned again and received the rudest response from the receptionist, I explained this was sent through as an emergency and I was also running down to 2 needles left for my blood sugar test, i got told that I’m not the only one and I just need to wait, I understand this I really do, i appreciate there’s so many other patients waiting too, however, do we all need to wait several days for emergency medication? I shouldn’t think so..

Second time refused by a foreign doctor because of my Guide Dog.
If these people are supposed to be professional GPs they should Guide Dogs can't be refused.
These people need educating or sending back from whence they came. Annoyed ? isn't in it. My Guide Dog has got more brains!!!!
And that was having to wait 50 minutes cos the Doctor was running half an hour late ?

I have severely torn my ligament on my knee, after been asked to go A and E, it has been verified there. I need a private referral form filled in order to get private insurance pathway for surgery and MRI done. However, after a week, the gp has not yet filled ANYTHING. OUTRAGEOUS! It’s just a few minutes of work but they just CANNOT get things done! They don’t have any empathy on us patients.

If I could give this place no stars I happily would. Horrendous. I mean, your GP can't even manage to request a scan for the right body part for a start, now if that doesn't send off alarm bells I don't know what will.

Had additional issues that were marked as no further action, only to be review by an "actual professional" to find out surgery was required....I mean come on.

From someone who is currently studying a medical field, I would certainly be questioning everything that is being done by this surgery.

Appalling doesn't even cover it.

It's not down to funding, or resource cuts, it's down to a severe lacking of person-centred care.

Always been very hit or miss for me depending on care. In 2018 I went to a doctor there and told him off my symptoms and he proceeded to laugh in my face while telling me ‘you have a fractured rib’. When I asked what treatment could be given, he just told me to take ibruprofen and paracetamol and sent me on my way.

In 2019 after a very traumatic experience with meningitis, they showed great care for me, there were a few slip ups however with them getting my medication doses wrong when I was weaning. A couple of times I had to argue with either the pharmacy or receptionists about giving me too high a dose when I had decreased. It was never fixed and I ended up having to throw away about 2 packs of extra seizure tablets when I was completely weaned off.

In 2022, they’ve seemed to drop the ball again. I tried to arrange a blood test but was told to wait 6 weeks because there wasn’t enough test tubes. So after waiting I was unable to book an appointment until months later. And when I asked what I’m supposed to do in the meantime they told me to just ‘avoid certain foods and take supplements’. I needed an allergy test and I’m suspected of having chronic vitamin deficiencies. When I was able to finally book my blood test I received a text on the day of the appointment that they had cancelled it. I was then left stuck and have been unable to receive care since then.

Excellent service! Receptionists are friendly they listen and they are proactive. Doctors are knowledgeable wanting the best outcomes for their patient long term they chaise and follow up on referrals. I found the whole team very supportive of our family circumstances and health needs

I called from 8AM today, line was always busy, after 20 mins trying for calling, got in queue line from no. 20 and wait untill 9:14 to get through to speak with reception to book an appointment for my pelvic pain during pregnancy and i got : no more app for today need to call back again at 8 tomorrow. Now they just let you book appointment when call at 8 ( as i called yesterday at 2pm and denied to book appointment, told to call back at 8am) after that is not allowed to book any appointment. Impossible to book for appointment.
