I generally don't go to any speedway only if I have to if I'm literally running out of fuel or I need to use the bathroom. Kwik Trip and Holiday are way better and I don't have to use a points card to get a discount. I read the owner's response and it is nothing to do with any specific Speedway location, Kwik Trip has the convenience store segment "dialed in" and Holiday (for the most part) stationstores are generally cleaner.

Stopped and bought gas on the way through town yesterday . My Wife went in to use the restroom which she said was absolutely discussing !!!! she said 2 of the walls the floor and under the sink were completely covered with mold .if anyone actually cleaned in there it could have Never been missed.
The gas pump I used had a very badly faded and cracked screen that I could hardly read for paying at the pump.
Either they are all lazy or just don't care.

My vehicle is still in the shop due to water in the fuel. May be family owned. May be a nice family. Doesn't change the fact that Speedway in Rockford pumped water into my gas tank. Doesn't change the fact that Carole said the "owners" were not going to even look into this claim. Like Brian - I purchased fuel here regularly and exclusively. Brian has been lucky so-far. My repair bill is over $2k. Brian - post your repair costs here when it happens to you. We can compare estimates. Keith - sorry this happened to you too! Everyone else.. BEWARE of the product being sold here!

I bought cigarettes and lottery tickets a few days ago and paid with my debit card only to find out the kid that did the transaction cancelled the transaction! I called my bank to ask why I wasn't charged for the merchandise and they said that this Speedway reversed the charges. I called this Speedway after my bank and they said the kid messed up and cancelled and that I needed to come back and pay for my purchased items. No problem! I did that. The SAME DAY...I won a lottery ticket for $200 and one for $10. I went to cash them at this Speedway. The kid at the counter cashed them for me. I got gas and more lottery tickets and left. I went out to dinner and realized that the cashier from Speedway gave me an additional $50 over what I was supposed to have. After dinner I went straight back to this Speedway to give back the extra $50, but this Speedway was closed so I intended to come back the next morning and talk to the manager and give back the $50. The manager actually called me early in the morning to let me know that I was on camera and they saw the extra $50 that was given to me. I said, I know, I was coming to your store this morning to talk to you and give back the money. I did just that! I video recorded our conversation and explained to her that this is the second time one of her employees made me come back and repay or give back money because of one of her employees! She defended both employees saying that people make mistakes and I agreed with her, but she was making it out to be like it was my fault! I did the right thing by calling my bank, calling Speedway, and letting them know what happened and paying for my merchandise and giving back the extra money the kid gave me. I've seen people fired for less than what these two employees put me through and for the manager to make me look like the bad guy? She's not a manager and should not hold her position! I've spent a lot of money at this Speedway in gas and merchandise and was a very loyal customer, but to be treated the way I was treated by this manager was wrong, rude, and should never have happened! If she's hiring people that do not pay attention and obviously haven't been trained properly why is she still a manager?
I guess some places don't care enough to keep loyal, honest, paying customers! I will never come back to this Speedway! Sad thing is...I don't think they care anyway.

I have been a repeat customer to this location and their other location since both opened. These stores are family owned and ran by a very competent District Manager, Carole. This family and the people that they have run their stores are very hard working and honest! If there were any issues, they are quick to resolve to ensure their customer service.

Never go here. Water in gas and my car stalled right after. Looks like they claimed another persons car as well. District manager didn't care when I reported it. If you want a huge repair bill go ahead. Big scam here. Go to Casey's or Holiday

After buying unleaded fuel at This store on June 25th, my truck stalled suddenly on the highway. Would not start again. Repair shop pulled near 90% water from my tank. $1400 repair bill. Talked to District Manager Carole. She not only said “ not our problem” and refused to help but even laughed during our conversation. Said it was the owners decision. Breathtakingly poor customer service. Reported to MN Dept of Weights and Measures. Bad gasoline. Keep going to Casey’s or Holiday!
